Job summary

Vistra is seeking an Associate, Client Services in Indonesia to manage client accounts and ensure smooth delivery of corporate secretarial services. You will coordinate with internal teams, support onboarding, and build strong client relationships.

The role reports to the Manager, Client Services and offers regional coverage within the Service & Delivery team. Fresh graduates or 1 year of experience are welcome; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics / Law / Business Management and/or Communications is preferred.
• Fresh graduate or 1 year of experience in the field.
• Strong critical thinking and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned client accounts and stay updated on service deliverables.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure timely, accurate submissions of statutory reports.
• Support onboarding process including KYC and client documentation.
• Maintain relationships with clients to support long-term engagement.
• Handle invoicing and support Accounts Receivable as needed.
• Participate in trainings to deepen knowledge of Vistra’s services.
