Job summary

Payroll Operator - Jakarta - Contract - WFO (ID: 704312)

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll, finance, accounting, or administrative work.
• Profieciency in Google workspace (Spreadsheet, Suite, etc.) and Oracle.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and experience in multi-currency payroll processing is a plus.

Job Description:

• Review payroll instructions and accurately input/update payroll elements (salary adjustments, allowances, and deductions) in Oracle within designated deadlines.
• Execute payroll processing for all assigned groups and process overtime, variable pay, and recurring/non-recurring entries, and generate preliminary reports.
• Prepare and submit payroll reports to HR for verification, and make corrections in response to queries from HR and the Business Office.
• Prepare and process payroll bank transfer files for all payroll groups.
• Generate Benefit-in-Kind (BIK) data and process 401(k)-related data and bank transfers.
• Generate payroll reports, publish employee payslips, and maintain organized payroll records after each payroll cycle.
• Identify and flag payroll discrepancies and elevate all issues to HR and the Business Office for resolution.
