Kandidat harus memiliki gelar S1 terkait, berorientasi pada detail, mampu menangani informasi sensitif, memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, mahir Microsoft Office, dan bersedia bekerja secara on-site di Central Jakarta.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Psychology, Law, or related field.
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy, ensuring records are organized and up to date.
• Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end payroll processing including data entry and timekeeping validation.
• Calculate monthly overtime.

• Support offboarding with documents and coordination with departments.

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Assist in end-to-end payroll processing, including data entry, timekeeping validation, and ensuring all payroll components are paid accurately and on time
• Calculate monthly overtime
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases
• Manage employee benefits administration
• Support the offboarding process by preparing relevant documents and coordinating with respective departments

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Psychology, Law, or a related field
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy, ensuring that all records are always well-organized and up to date
• Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with a high level of discretion and professionalism
• Having a good communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to interact professionally with employees across all levels of the organization
• Has proficiency in Microsoft Office is required
• Having a growth mindset with a willingness to learn and continuously improve in a dynamic work environment
