Job summary

PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk is seeking a leader to drive General Affairs (GA) at our Konawe mining site. You will develop GA policies, SOPs, and service standards, while overseeing facilities, camp accommodations, catering, transport, and employee welfare to keep operations running smoothly.

With 8–10 years in GA or corporate services, you will manage vendors, budgets, and governance, ensuring cost efficiency and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics or a related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in General Affairs, Facility Management, or Corporate Services, preferably in the mining, energy, or heavy equipment industry.
• Strong experience in managing corporate and site-based GA operations, including facilities, accommodation, catering, transportation, and vendor management.
• Proven experience in budget management, procurement, cost optimization, contract management, and GA governance.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive and continuous improvement mindset.
• Willing to be based at the Konawe mining site.
