Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking an experienced Payroll & HRIS Specialist to join our internal team in Jakarta. You will manage payroll operations for multiple corporate clients with a strong focus on Mekari Talenta HRIS, attendance management, and data reconciliation.

You will handle BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan administration, prepare payroll summaries, payslips, and reports. Excellent English communication with clients is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of payroll administration experience.
• Mandatory: Proven hands-on Mekari Talenta HRIS experience.
• Experience handling BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
• Experience managing payroll for multiple companies or outsourced clients is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Mekari Talenta HRIS attendance data and payroll-related records.
• Audit attendance, resolve discrepancies, and ensure data accuracy.
• Reconcile attendance between Mekari Talenta, fingerprint systems, and client teams.
• Calculate monthly remuneration including allowances, deductions, overtime, and adjustments.
• Prepare payroll summaries, payslips, and cost reports.
• Ensure payroll tasks are completed within deadlines.
• Handle BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan administration.
• Maintain client communications in English via email/WhatsApp.
• Provide timely updates, resolve payroll issues with clients, and coordinate needs.
• Maintain confidential payroll records and supporting documentation.
