MatchaTalent is seeking an experienced Payroll & HRIS Specialist to join our internal team and manage payroll operations for multiple corporate clients. This role requires hands-on expertise in Mekari Talenta HRIS, especially attendance management, payroll processing, data reconciliation, and employee administration.

You will handle BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, coordinate with client teams in English, and prepare payroll reports while ensuring accuracy and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in payroll administration, payroll processing, or HR operations.
• Mandatory: hands-on experience using Mekari Talenta HRIS, including attendance management and employee data administration.
• Experience handling BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan administration is preferred.
• Experience managing payroll for multiple companies or outsourced payroll clients is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Mekari Talenta HRIS management: manage attendance and payroll-related data and reconcile records.
• Payroll processing and administration: calculate remuneration, prepare payslips, and payroll cost reports.
• BPJS & statutory administration: manage BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan administration and billing.
• Client coordination & communication: communicate with corporate clients in English via email and WhatsApp, coordinate payroll requirements.
• Payroll reporting & data management: maintain confidential payroll records and produce monthly reports.
