MatchaTalent is seeking an experienced Payroll & HRIS Specialist to join our internal team and manage payroll operations for multiple corporate clients. The role focuses on Mekari Talenta HRIS, attendance management, and payroll processing, with BPJS administration and client coordination in English.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in payroll/HR operations, strong Excel/Sheets skills, and hands-on Mekari Talenta proficiency.

Formación

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related disciplines.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and maintain employee attendance and payroll-related data using Mekari Talenta.
• Audit attendance records, identify discrepancies, and ensure data accuracy.
• Reconcile attendance data between Mekari Talenta, fingerprint systems, and client operational teams.
• Calculate monthly employee remuneration, including allowances, deductions, overtime, and attendance-based adjustments.
• Prepare monthly payroll summaries, employee payslips, and payroll cost reports.
• Ensure payroll calculations are completed accurately and within established deadlines.
• Manage BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan administration for corporate clients.
• Maintain employee membership records and coordinate monthly BPJS billing.
• Support payroll-related statutory compliance and documentation.
• Communicate professionally with corporate clients in English through email and WhatsApp.
• Join client communication groups and proactively coordinate payroll requirements.
• Provide fast responses, regular progress updates, and timely follow-ups.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and administrative issues in coordination with client representatives.
• Maintain accurate and confidential payroll records.
• Prepare monthly payroll reports and supporting documentation.
• Support continuous improvements in payroll accuracy, efficiency, and HRIS utilization.
