Job summary

PT Indodana Multi Finance is seeking a District Sales Manager for Paylater in Tegal to drive area sales targets and supervise the field team.

You will visit merchants daily, coordinate with partner operations, and ensure programs meet goals while addressing field issues. The role requires a bachelor degree and 2 years in sales, with strong leadership and communication skills; MS Office/Excel familiarity is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in any field required.
• At least 2 years of working experience in sales or related fields.
• Preferably staff (non-management) in sales or financial services.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales targets in the area.
• Daily visit to merchants.
• Ensure programs in the area meet sales targets.
• Coordinate with partner operations on sales info, competitors and field issues.
• Handle Sales Promoter Leaders, Promoters, and Merchant Relations.
• Monitor daily activities of Promoters.
• Conduct field team training and refreshment training for promoters.
• Monitor 1st billing data by promoter and merchant.
