Job summary

PT Indodana Multi Finance is seeking a field-focused Sales Supervisor to drive sales targets across designated areas in Indonesia. You will daily visit merchants, build strong relationships with PIC stores, and ensure program execution with proper POP promotions.

You will coordinate with partner operations teams to gather market intelligence and resolve field issues. You will manage 15-20 Sales Promoters, monitor their daily activities, and provide training to keep the team sharp and aligned

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and ability to manage a field team.
• Good communication and marketing skills with social media.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
• Willingness to work shifts and travel to stores.
• Experience in sales or field operations preferred.
