The Luxury Collection Bali is seeking a Pastry Chef de Partie to lead the pastry section of our luxury Jimbaran resort. You will produce pastries, desserts, breads, and confectionery to the highest standards, balancing creativity with cost control and food safety.

You will train and coach junior staff, assist in hiring, and ensure consistency with brand expectations. A Diploma in Pastry Arts and HACCP knowledge are preferred, with 3–5 years of luxury-hotel pastry experience.

Formación

• Minimum 3–5 years of pastry experience in luxury hotels, upscale restaurants, resorts, or specialty pastry operations.
• At least 1–2 years in a Chef de Partie, Demi Chef de Partie, or Senior Pastry Commis role.
• Proven experience in producing high-quality pastries, desserts, cakes, chocolates, breads, and bakery items.
• Experience in a 5-star luxury hotel, fine dining, or high-volume pastry operation is highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the pastry section's daily operations and ensure premium pastries and confections meet luxury standards.
• Support the Pastry Chef in quality, food safety, cost control, and team development.
• Assist in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and proper handling of equipment and ingredients.
