The Luxury Collection Hotels & Resorts seeks a Junior Sous Chef (Bakery) in Bali to support the Pastry Chef and culinary leadership in daily bakery operations. You will oversee production of breads, viennoiserie, breakfast pastries, and specialty baked goods, maintain food safety and quality standards, and lead and develop the bakery team in a luxury hospitality setting.

You will drive menu development, cost controls, and collaborate with Restaurant and Banquet teams to ensure flawless service

Formación

• Diploma or degree in culinary/bakery fields.
• Food safety and HACCP certifications are required or preferred.
• 5–7 years of progressive bakery experience in luxury settings.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains food handling and sanitation standards.
• Oversees production and preparation of culinary items.
• Leads shifts while preparing items per specifications.
• Ensures guest service alignment with events.
• Monitors quality of raw and cooked products.

Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts, Baking & Pastry Arts, Hospitality Management, or related field

Food Safety and Hygiene Certification

HACCP certification or equivalent food safety training

Minimum 5–7 years of progressive bakery experience in luxury hotels, resorts, artisan bakeries, or high-end food establishments

At least 2 years in a Chef de Partie (Bakery), Senior Baker, or equivalent supervisory role

Experience in 5-star luxury hotel or internationally branded hospitality environment
