• Technical skills: baking fundamentals, dough proofing, temperature control, and chocolate/sugar work.
• Soft skills: Time management, attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work under pressure during peak service hours.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, bake, and present pastry items according to recipes and standards.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop pastry menus.
• Maintain kitchen hygiene and safety standards.
• Support training and development of junior kitchen staff.
