Job summary

Liebherr Indonesia Perkasa in Tanjung Tabalong is seeking a Parts Clerk to support the Parts Coordinator with administration and inventory control of parts and consumables in the warehouse.

You will monitor transactions from sales orders to invoices, process POs, and create replenishment orders to improve stock availability. The role requires strong Excel skills, English knowledge, and the ability to work in a team under pressure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in the same field.
• Strong background in procurement, warehousing technics and procedures.
• Strong organizational skills.
• High level of computer literacy (Microsoft Excel and Data Management).
• Working knowledge of the English language.
• Ability to plan and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work under pressure in a small team environment.

• Spare Parts Identification and Catalog Knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and process Parts and Consumables transactions in the system from sales order to invoice.
• Create quotations for customers and process POs from customers to invoice and send to accounting.
• Create replenishment orders to improve stock availability.
• Create IPR for local parts as required by user.
• Monitor parts orders and ensure supplier delivery; report issues.
• Update planned delivery dates for items nearing expiry.
• Reconcile VHS transactions between customer and company records.
• Maintain organized hard copy files for audit requirements for at least two years.
• Oversee VHS transactions between PTL and customers.
• Assist Parts Coordinator to supervise Store-man daily tasks.
• Ensure warehouse environment is clean and compliant with safety regulations.
• Coordinate tool borrowing procedures and records.
• Manage Store-man for parts located in containers; keep area tidy.
• Assist with service kit stock in MARC and non-MARC locations.
• Ensure Hazardous Materials are stored properly with MSDS available.
• Lead warehouse activities per Mining Safety Management System and promote safety.

Job description

We are looking Parts Clerk at Tanjung Tabalong to support Parts Coordinator on job of Administration process of issuing Parts and consumable and capable doing inventory control of all Parts stored in Warehouse.

Your responsibilities

• Monitoring and processing Parts and Consumable transaction into the system from sales order created until Invoice.
• Create Quotation to Customer ,Process Purchase Order from Customer until invoice and sent to Accounting.
• Create Replenishment order to improve availability Stock at Warehouse.
• Create IPR for local parts / Item as required by User.
• Monitoring all parts that being ordered and make sure that parts have been supplied by Supplier, report if any problem during the process.
• Keep checking and follow up all outstanding Parts and update “planned delivery date” of every line items which expired.
• Reconcile BA VHS which made by customer and make sure no difference between BA and DN that has been created and supplied then make new SO and process to status 7 to represent all DN created in BA VHS from customer.
• Make sure all hard copy files of transaction filed properly and easy to find for at least 2 years before for audit requirement.
• Responsible in all VHS Transaction between PTL and Customer.
• Assist Parts Coordinator to Supervise Store-man Daily job carried out properly.
• Assist Parts Coordinator to make sure environment of Warehouse Clean and tidy.
• Assist Parts Coordinator to coordinate every job carried out by Store-man comply safety regulation.
• Assist Parts Coordinator to organize and make sure Tool Borrowing Procedure and Record carried out properly by borrower and Tool Keeper.
• Manage Store-man for all parts located in Container Parts clean, tidy and stored properly.
• Helping Storeman to carried out Daily Job if required / need more than one man to accomplish the job.
• Assist Parts Coordinator for all Service kit stock required in Marc and out of Marc available.
• Make sure for all Hazard Material stored properly and has MSDS available.
• Lead and oversee all warehouse activities by ensuring compliance with the Mining Safety Management System (SMKP), implementing risk controls, managing materials and waste, reporting incidents, maintaining emergency preparedness, developing personnel competencies, and promoting a strong safety culture to achieve safe, efficient, and sustainable warehouse operations.
