Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience leading high-level influencer and creator relationship management, preferably with exposure to consumer tech, personal gadgets, or parenting/lifestyle categories.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Public Relations and earned media strategy in Indonesia.
• Extensive Indonesian Network: active network of top-tier Indonesian creators, tech reviewers, parenting/KOL communities, talent agencies, and celebrity managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-category creator and KOL strategy with top-tier reviewers, lifestyle creators, celebrities, and parenting influencers in Indonesia.
• Oversee sponsorships, product seeding, and experiential brand activations across electronics, personal gadgets, and baby product lines.
• Design and execute strategic community initiatives to foster brand loyalty and product advocacy.
• Direct PR strategies, press launch events, media relations, and crisis communications across consumer tech and parenting media outlets.
• Oversee contract negotiations, usage rights, deliverable frameworks, and talent deal structures to ensure ROI and brand compliance.

About the Role

Lead the strategy and execution of our relationship marketing ecosystem across our electronics, personal gadget, and baby product divisions in Indonesia. This role is responsible for driving long-term brand equity and consumer trust by cultivating high-impact partnerships with top-tier creators, tech reviewers, parenting influencers, and celebrities. You will oversee end-to-end community activations, product sponsorships, and public relations initiatives to build authentic brand advocacy that paid media cannot replicate.

Responsibilities

• Multi-Category Creator & KOL Strategy: Build, scale, and nurture direct, long-term relationships with top-tier tech/gadget reviewers, lifestyle creators, celebrities, and parenting/mom influencer networks in Indonesia.
• Sponsorships & Category Activations: Lead high-value product seeding, sponsorships, and experiential brand activations across electronics, personal gadgets, and baby product lines.
• Community Building: Design and execute strategic community initiatives—ranging from tech enthusiast tester groups to parent support communities—to foster deep brand loyalty and product advocacy.
• Public Relations & Seeding: Direct PR strategies, press launch events, media relations, and crisis communications across consumer tech and parenting/lifestyle media outlets.
• Negotiation & Governance: Oversee contract negotiations, usage rights, deliverable frameworks, and talent deal structures to ensure high ROI and brand compliance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience leading high-level influencer and creator relationship management, preferably with exposure to consumer tech, personal gadgets, or parenting/lifestyle categories.
• 2+ years of hands‑on experience managing Public Relations and earned media strategy in Indonesia.
• Extensive Indonesian Network: A proven, active network of top-tier Indonesian creators, tech reviewers, parenting/KOL communities, talent agencies, and celebrity managers.
• Category Expertise: Deep understanding of how to tailor influencer strategies for high-consideration purchases (tech specs and feature reviews) vs. trust-based decisions (baby safety and parenting efficacy).
• Commercial Acumen: Strong track record in contract negotiation, licensing rights, talent deal structuring, and campaign budget management.
• Organic Credibility: Proven ability to build authentic brand goodwill, organic word-of-mouth, and earned media value (EMV) that traditional paid media cannot buy.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience managing high-profile Brand Ambassadors (end-to-end management from contract to execution).
• Experience planning offline launch events, experiential pop-ups, or baby exhibition / tech fair activations.
• Familiarity with regional influencer tracking tools, affiliate platforms, and PR monitoring software.
