Job summary

PT Lets Cosmetic Indonesia is seeking a Partnerships Manager to build and nurture a strategic portfolio of KOLs, KOCs and creators in Indonesia, identifying local partners who align with our brand and drive commercial results. You will lead end-to-end negotiations with Indonesian KOLs, MCNs and agencies, establish long-term partnerships, and tailor tiered collaboration strategies for the local market.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in partnerships in cosmetics or FMCG, a strong Indonesian

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• 2+ years of experience in business development, partnership management, or KOL procurement, with at least 2 years in cosmetics, skincare, FMCG, or pharmaceutical industries.
• Extensive network within Indonesian beauty KOL, MCN, and agency ecosystem.
• Experience at a local Indonesian beauty MCN, agency, or competing brand is preferred.
• Deep understanding of Indonesian advertising regulations and compliance related to influencer marketing.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end negotiations with Indonesian KOLs, MCNs and agencies, including outreach, contracting, and performance management.
• Establish and maintain long-term partnerships with top Indonesian beauty creators and their teams.
• Develop tiered and customized KOL collaboration strategies tailored to the Indonesian market.
• Efficiently manage the KOL partnership budget, ensuring ROI and clear performance tracking.
• Serve as the internal expert on the Indonesian beauty influencer ecosystem, providing market insights and strategic recommendations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Proactively identify, evaluate, and recruit beauty creators across all tiers on Indonesian platforms who align with our brand identity.
• Lead end-to-end business negotiations with Indonesian KOLs, MCNs, and agencies, covering outreach, contracting, and performance management.
• Establish and maintain long-term, solid partnerships with top Indonesian beauty creators and their teams.
• Develop tiered and customized KOL collaboration strategies tailored to the characteristics of the Indonesian market.
• Efficiently manage the KOL partnership budget, ensuring ROI and clear performance tracking.
• Serve as the internal expert on the Indonesian beauty influencer ecosystem, providing market insights and strategic recommendations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken (Mandarin will be advantage).
• 2+ years of experience in business development, partnership management, or KOL procurement, with at least 2 years focused on the cosmetics, skincare, FMCG, or pharmaceutical industries.
• Extensive, existing network within the Indonesian beauty KOL, MCN, and agency ecosystem.
• Strong commercial negotiation skills, cross-cultural communication, and relationship management abilities.
• Have experience working at a local Indonesian beauty MCN, agency, or competing brand will be priority.
• Deep understanding of Indonesian advertising regulations and compliance requirements related to influencer marketing.
