100x100 (www.100x100.com) is a venture builder focused on creating and scaling climate startups across Southeast Asia and India. We work hands‑on with founders, operators, and ecosystem partners to turn real‑world problems into scalable ventures.
Our venture build process involves deeply understanding problems through structured stakeholder conversations, validating solutions through pilots and early execution and reusing insights, networks, and playbooks across multiple ventures.
We are recruiting for a Partnership Associate with a primary market focus in Southeast Asia.
As a Partnership Associate, you will coordinate conversations with a highly varied set of stakeholders to support our venture build process across 5 opportunity areas (Land use & carbon sinks, Food & agriculture, Mobility & transport, Industrial process, Electricity for buildings), including smallholder farmers and rural households, SME operators and factory managers, corporate managers and C‑level executives, domain experts, scientists, and ecosystem practitioners.
These conversations are a critical input into how we shape problem statements, test solutions, and decide which ventures to build. You will own stakeholder outreach, coordination, and system hygiene across multiple venture builds, ensuring that insights, relationships, and learnings compound across the portfolio, rather than resetting every time a new venture starts.
This is not a sales role. You are not closing deals. You are building access, trust, and institutional memory that enable better venture decisions.
