100x100 is building climate-focused ventures across Southeast Asia and India. We seek a Partnership Associate to manage stakeholder outreach, coordinate interviews, and maintain relationships that fuel multiple ventures in our portfolio.

You will work closely with venture leads to shape problem statements and validate solutions while building durable, reusable connections across ventures. The role emphasizes access, trust, and institutional memory rather than closing deals, with responsibilities

Qualifications

• Early-career (2-3 years) in partnerships or sales/BD roles.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute stakeholder outreach during scoping, problem validation, and solution validation phases of the venture build program.
• Recommend the right outreach strategy & channels based on stakeholder type and context, not just default to cold outreach.
• Own first contact, follow-ups, and interview scheduling.
• Deliver consistent interview throughput across multiple builds.
