About the Role
The Strategy & Partnership Analyst will support the development and execution of strategic partnerships and business initiatives that contribute to company growth. This role will identify business opportunities, build trust-based relationships with partners and stakeholders, and work cross-functionally with integrity, empathy, and agility to deliver meaningful business outcomes.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
- Support the development and execution of partnership strategies and business initiatives aligned with company objectives and growth plans.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and business assessments to identify opportunities and emerging trends with an objective and data-driven approach.
- Identify and evaluate potential strategic partnership opportunities that can support sustainable business growth.
- Support the development of partnership proposals, presentations, business cases, and strategic recommendations with accurate and transparent insights.
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships with partners, clients, and key stakeholders while supporting partnership discussions and negotiations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support the implementation and execution of partnership initiatives with effective and empathetic collaboration.
- Monitor partnership performance and business results, providing honest and constructive analysis and recommendations for improvement.
- Coordinate assigned partnership projects from planning through execution, adapting to changes and ensuring timely delivery and follow-up on key actions.
- Support continuous improvement of partnership processes and business initiatives through data, analysis, and stakeholder feedback.
Requirements
What Capabilities You’ll Need (Requirements)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Economics, International Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Strategy, Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, Consulting, or Account Management.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to identify opportunities and drive growth initiatives with an agile mindset.
- Proven experience in developing, managing, and expanding strategic partnerships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills with the ability to build trust and understand stakeholder needs.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in data analysis and business performance reporting to support accurate and transparent strategic decision-making.
- Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; experience with CRM or project management tools is an advantage.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken, is preferred.
