Job summary

Jubelio is seeking a Partner Success Associate to own client relationships, drive adoption, and ensure high customer satisfaction. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, voicing customer feedback, and conducting regular business reviews to optimize product usage and outcomes.

Willingness to work On-site in Jakarta Selatan is required, with preference for English proficiency and logistics/e-commerce experience.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in Customer Success, Account Management or related customer-facing roles.
• Experience in E‑Commerce, Logistics/Shipping or Warehouse is an advantage.
• Excellent customer-facing skills and problem solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in English is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Job Description:

• Own overall relationship with assigned clients, which includes manage, training, increasing adoption, and high levels of customer satisfaction
• Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.
• Be the voice of the customer and provide internal feedback on how we can better serve them, build roadmaps, and track progress towards solving customer problems
• Stay up-to-date on product development and the latest releases.
• Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services.
• Keeping up on trends, changes, and competitor actions that might affect the client.

Job Requirements:

• Min 1 to 2+ years experience as an Customer Success, Account Manager, Customer Success, or other customer facing related positions.
• Previous Experience in E-Commerce, Logistic/Shipment or Warehouse is an advantage for this position.
• Significant knowledge and expertise in a customer-facing role
• Good proficiencyin MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Proactive on how to solve problems or improve processes within the company.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and communicate data & issues to senior management
• Fluent in English verbal communication is an advantage for this position
• Confidence working with ambiguity, unknown variables, and problem statements (and find ways to bridge those gaps, when necessary.)
• Must be willing to work in WFO arrangement, placement in Jakarta Selatan.
