Job summary

Magada Tirta Amerta seeks an Engagement Specialist to educate and monitor drivers, coach on working patterns, and steer drivers toward trip, online hour, and completion targets at Surabaya placement. You will resolve app and vehicle issues swiftly to protect productivity and support weekly Kopdar community activities.

The role requires strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a focus on building long-term partner relationships and using tools like Microsoft Office/Google

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma 3 (D3) / Associate Degree (preferably majoring in Communication, Management, International Relations, or a related field)
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Partner Engagement, Account Management, Business Development, or Client Relations.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply if they have strong organizational or internship experience in external relations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with business partners. Proficient in using tools such as Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, CRM software (nice to have), or basic data analysis tools.
• Attributes & Personality: Strong interpersonal skills, outgoing, and empathetic. Proactive, highly self-motivated, and target-driven.

• Coaches Driver on effective working patterns
• Guides Driver to meet program targets for trips, online hours, and completion rate.
• Quickly resolves app issues and rental vehicle problems to minimize downtime and protect Driver's productivity.
• Provide Kopdar with community every week and support engagement activity
• Make sure communication related program is smooth and no demo.
