Job summary

Magada & Co is seeking a proactive candidate to engage with drivers and partner networks, driving recruitment and onboarding efforts. You will coordinate driver engagements and lead supplier/partner communications in a fast-paced environment.

Based in Palu, you will handle driver acquisitions, maintain relationships, and contribute to project management while using Google Suite and Microsoft Office tools. The role requires initiative and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a relevant field and GPA 3.0+.
• Strong communication and driver engagement skills.
• Proactive, self-starting and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
