Job summary

Magada & Co is seeking a field-based role to manage driver activities and drive engagement across multiple locations. You will be responsible for coordinating events, planning visits, and ensuring high satisfaction for both drivers and passengers in your area.

The ideal candidate has a D3 diploma and at least 1 year in sales/direct marketing, with strong communication and negotiation skills and the ability to ride a motorcycle for site visits.

Qualifications

• Candidate must hold a Diploma (D3) in any major.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales and direct marketing.
• Proficient with laptops and Office/Google apps for day-to-day work.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Must own and be able to ride a motorcycle for site visits.

• - Operating this will need discipline and expected to be strategic and understanding the potential area/ channel for acquiring potential drivers
• - Maintain the customer both from drivers and passenger satisfaction level in your area

• - Minimum education is D3 in any major
• - 1 year experience in sales & direct marketing job
• - Proficient in using laptop, Office (especially Excel/GSheet) / Google Workspace, and useful mobile applications into day-to-day work
• - Great communication and negotiation skills
• - Own and able to drive a motorcycle as this role might require visits to different location, would be ideal
