Grab is seeking an ambitious 4W Partner Acquisition Assistant Manager in Jakarta to lead fleet partner onboarding and growth within the city operations team. You will align partner supply with demand, drive activation, and optimize the acquisition funnel for higher-quality leads.

You will report to the manager in the JABO unit and collaborate across functions to ensure smooth onboarding and partner success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 4+ years in partner management or business development.
• Experience engaging with partners at all levels.
• Proficiency in data reporting and translating insights into strategies.

Responsibilities

• Scale fleet supply by onboarding and activating rental partners.
• Develop performance-driven relationships with main partners.
• Improve acquisition funnel to provide qualified leads.
