Job summary

PT. Edukasi Mandiri Pratama is seeking a sales-focused professional to promote English 1 products and assess customer needs.

You will build relationships with clients and drive school sales targets through telesales and in-person meetings. You will conduct professional consultations at our English 1 center, explain the learning process, and align study plans with customer goals while following standardized sales policies.

Qualifications

• University graduate with a bachelor degree or equivalent.
• 1 year experience in Marketing, Sales, service, consulting or education is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and English skills.

Responsibilities

• Introduce English 1 product and understand customer needs to achieve sales targets.
• Drive education program sales through telesales and face-to-face interactions.
• Invite customers to the English 1 center and provide professional consultations.
• Explain the learning process and maintain sales targets.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a good study experience for customers.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns and sales events (Expo, Open House, School visit, Open Table, Life Club).
