Job summary

PT. Edukasi Mandiri Pratama in Makassar is seeking a Sales Representative to promote English 1 programs. You will engage with customers via telesales and in-person meetings, assess needs, and present tailored study plans.

You will invite prospective students to the English 1 center, collaborate with other departments to ensure a positive learning experience, and strive to consistently hit monthly sales targets through new student signups and events.

Qualifications

• University graduate with bachelor degree in related field or equivalent.
• 1 year experience in marketing, sales, service, consulting or education.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Introduce English 1 product and understand customers' needs.
• Drive school sales through telesales and face-to-face interactions.

Job description

Responsible to introduce English 1 product and understand customers need. They have to build relationships with customers and achieve school sales targets.

Drive sales of education programs through telesales and face to face interaction with customers

Invite customers to English 1 center and give professional consultations to introduce English 1 English course and study plan according to customers need

To describe English 1’s learning process to potential customers and maintain established sales target

To fully understand English 1’s products and program, comply with standardized sales policies and process and to actively participate in ongoing sales training program and seminars

Work with other departments to make sure customers get good study experience

Develop good relationships with customers and get referrals

Consistently achieve monthly SALES TARGET through new student sales

Develop, participate, and execute marketing campaign and sales events such as Expo, Open House, School visit, Open Table, Life Club, etc

Requirements

• University graduate, Bachelor degree in related field or equivalent
• Preferable with experience in Marketing, Sales, service, consulting or education line with 1 year experience
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Strong sales, persuasive, and target oriented
• Self motivated, flexible, able to work under pressure
• Good organizational and English communication skill
• Pleasant personality
