POLISO, a fast-growing lifestyle retail brand and part of Xingyun Group, is seeking a Store Expansion Manager to lead site selection, lease negotiations, and market expansion in Palembang. You will evaluate locations, analyze foot traffic and demographics, and coordinate with landlords to secure favorable terms.

You will develop store expansion plans, manage projects with internal teams and external partners, monitor progress, and provide regular expansion reports.

Qualifikationen

• Associate’s degree or above in Marketing, Real Estate, Business, or related fields.
• 2+ years in retail expansion, commercial real estate, or site selection (supermarkets, restaurants, convenience stores preferred).
• Expertise in site selection, business district analysis, lease negotiations, and project follow-ups.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis.
• Responsible, results-driven, and able to perform under pressure.
• Strong industry network, local market knowledge, and willingness to travel. WILLING TO BE PLACED IN PALEMBANG

Aufgaben

• Identify potential store locations based on the company’s expansion strategy and conduct market research and site analysis.
• Participate in lease negotiations and follow up on the lease contract signing process to ensure favorable terms.
• Develop and maintain relationships with commercial real estate partners and stakeholders.
• Track store expansion progress and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery.
• Regularly provide expansion progress reports and analyze expansion data to support management decisions.
