Job summary

Casa Club Bali is seeking a full-time Padel Coach to join Monday to Friday, coaching adults and children of all levels and helping bring the Casa Club community to life.

You will deliver private and group lessons, run Americano games and social sessions, host Play with the Coach, and welcome members while you share ideas to grow the club's vibrant, welcoming atmosphere on and off court.

Qualifications

• Padel coaching experience and ability to plan engaging lessons for adults and children.
• Proficiency in English; other languages a plus.
• First-aid training and safeguarding knowledge are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver private and group lessons for adults and children at different levels.
• Organise Americano games, social play sessions and events with balanced levels.
• Host Play with the Coach sessions and ensure regular participation.
• Be present at the club, welcome new players and help people find others to play with.
• Contribute ideas for new formats and create a welcoming atmosphere on and off court.

Company Description

Casa Club Bali is a new padel club in Jalan Green School, with a premium location between Canggu and Ubud and around 15 minutes from the main city Denpasar and across the road from Green School Bali. Opened in July 2026, the club has three covered panoramic padel courts, a café and lounge, and academies for adults and children aged 6–18.

Role Description

We’re looking for a full-time Padel Coach, Monday to Friday, to coach adults and children of all levels and help bring the Casa Club community to life.

You’ll deliver private and group lessons, organise and run Americano games and social play sessions and events, and make sure they’re well attended and balanced by level. You’ll also host our Play with the Coach sessions, where members can book a game with you.

Being present at the club throughout your working day is an important part of the role. You’ll get to know members, welcome new players and help people find others to play with. You’ll also bring ideas to the club, try out new social formats and events, and help create a welcoming atmosphere on and off court.

What We’re Looking For

• Padel coaching experience and the ability to plan engaging lessons for adults and children at different levels.
• A friendly, outgoing, people-focused approach and confidence bringing players together.
• Strong communication skills and professional proficiency in English. Other languages are a plus.
• Good organisation and time-management skills.
• A coaching qualification in padel, tennis or another racquet sport is preferred. First-aid training and safeguarding knowledge are a plus.
