Job summary

Posisi penuh waktu di Indonesia dengan fokus pada peningkatan kualitas layanan, penjadwalan dokter spesialis, dan pengendalian biaya serta aliran kerja yang efisien.

Qualifications

• Gelar Bachelor/Jabatan Master di bidang Kedokteran atau Administrasi Rumah Sakit.
• Pengalaman kerja minimum 5 tahun di layanan rumah sakit, terutama area Outpatient.
• Kepemimpinan & manajemen untuk memimpin tim multidisiplin.
• Kemampuan mengelola anggaran, biaya, dan analisis kinerja keuangan.
• Pengetahuan mendalam tentang operasi layanan rawat jalan, termasuk perawatan pasien, penjadwalan, dan manajemen sumber daya.

Responsibilities

• Melaksanakan fungsi administratif, operasional, dan layanan yang lancar di Unit Rawat Jalan serta pengembangan staf.
• Menjaga kelancaran administrasi dan keuangan serta operasional departemen Layanan Rawat Jalan.
• Membuat jadwal praktik dokter spesialis dan memantau kehadiran dokter spesialis di Unit Rawat Jalan.
• Memantau aktivitas staf dan mekanisme kerja.
• Koordinasi kerja dan personel untuk mempercepat layanan Unit Rawat Jalan bersama dept lain.
• Merencanakan pengadaan fasilitas dan infrastruktur di Unit Rawat Jalan.

Job Description

• Carrying out and being responsible for administrative functions, operational activities and smooth service in the Outpatient Unit as well as providing staff development which includes quality and discipline as well as establishing good relationships and communication with all specialist doctors who practice in the Outpatient Unit.
• Responsible for all administrative, financial issues and Responsible for all administrative, financial issues and the smooth running of services in the Outpatient Services Department.
• Make specialist doctor practice schedules and monitor the presence of specialist doctors in the Outpatient Services Department
• Monitor staff activities and work mechanisms.
• Coordination of work and personnel to expedite service activities in the Outpatient Services Department together with other departments.
• Carry out planning for each procurement of facilities and infrastructure in the Outpatient Services Department

• Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and analyze financial performance.
• In-depth knowledge of outpatient service operations, including patient care, scheduling, and resource management
