Siloam Hospitals Group (Tbk) is seeking an administrative professional to support patient registration, treatment documentation, and billing processes in a busy hospital ward. The role requires accurate record-keeping, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR).

You will coordinate with clinical teams to ensure smooth patient flows and compliant documentation across units.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum high school diploma or D3 in health admin or related major.
• Experience in admin/clerical healthcare setting preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with EHR systems.
• High accuracy in handling patient information and medical documentation.

Aufgaben

• Ensure all patient information is obtained to complete patient registration thoroughly.
• Update treatment and care plans for all inpatient patients in each care unit, in collaboration with the responsible nursing unit head.
• Document all doctor’s services, all patient transactions during the treatment process (drugs, surgery, etc.).
• Complete and organize medical support forms for patients and ensure the completeness of patient medical records before returning them to the medical records department.
• Explain all administrative procedures and cost changes to patients/families.
• Ensure that all billing for discharged patients is completed and confirm patient discharge with all relevant inpatient departments after receiving confirmation from attending doctors/nurses, and ensure no patient documents are left behind upon patient discharge.
• Implement quality service and safety procedures, including training, data collection, documentation, and/or report creation needed to support achievement of hospital-wide indicators and department/unit goals.
