Job summary

ZUS Coffee is hiring an Outlet Lead in Tangerang Selatan, Indonesia. The role centers on directing daily outlet operations during shifts, ensuring smooth service and strict adherence to brand standards.

You will deliver exceptional customer care, understand needs, and promptly address issues to maintain a welcoming environment. You will coach Baristas, support training for onboarding, monitor quality, hygiene and safety, and drive continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in F&B, retail or restaurant operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team‑leading role.
• Strong leadership, coaching and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of outlet operations and customer service.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Proactive, responsible and able to work independently.
• Able to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• High integrity and a strong Customer Comes First mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily outlet operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to ZUS Coffee standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service by understanding customer needs, resolving service issues and creating a welcoming outlet environment.
• Coach and support Baristas during shifts to improve performance, service quality and operational excellence.
• Support the training and onboarding of new Baristas through hands‑on guidance, coaching and feedback.
• Monitor product quality, service standards, cleanliness and outlet readiness throughout the shift.
• Ensure compliance with ZUS Coffee policies and procedures, including cash handling, food safety, hygiene, health and safety.
• Build a positive team environment by recognising good performance, addressing concerns and supporting team members.
• Identify and resolve operational issues promptly, escalating matters to the Outlet Manager when required.
• Support the Outlet Manager in achieving outlet targets and maintaining consistent operational standards.
• Demonstrate ZUS Coffee values and act as a positive role model for the team, especially during peak periods.
