Responsibilities

• Design signature coffee menus, tasting flights, and specialty seasonal offerings.
• Train and certify team members in sensory analysis, latte art, and advanced extraction.
• Conduct regular cupping sessions to verify roast consistency and flavor profile accuracy.
• Calibrate espresso machines, water filtration systems, and grinders daily for peak extraction.
• Host VIP tastings, public masterclasses, and educational coffee pairing events.
• Collaborate with roasters and green buyers to select premium single-origin beans.
• Monitor bar workflows, milk-steaming texture, and beverage waste across venues.
• Oversee preventative care and troubleshooting for high-end manual and automated gear.
• Educate staff and customers on coffee origins, processing methods, and sustainable practices.
• Source innovative global brewing techniques and new tech to keep offerings cutting-edge.
