STUFFED is seeking an energetic Outlet Crew / Barista to join our Bali team. You will deliver excellent customer service, handle transactions, prepare beverages, and help ensure smooth daily outlet operations.

You will work with a friendly team, learn our product standards, and contribute to a positive guest experience while maintaining clean, organized service areas.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service, cashiering, barista, waitstaff, or retail is an advantage.
• Good communication in Indonesian and English.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, courteous, and professional customer service.
• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively.
• Understand product knowledge and presentation standards.
• Prepare and serve beverages, including coffee, in line with quality standards.
• Operate the cashier and process transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of cashier and bar areas.
• Assist in monitoring inventory and supplies.
• Support opening/closing procedures per SOPs.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients.
• Work with team to ensure smooth outlet operations.

Job description

We are looking for an energetic, friendly, and customer-oriented Outlet Crew / Barista to join our team. This role plays an important part in delivering an excellent customer experience through professional service, accurate transaction handling, beverage preparation, and ensuring smooth daily outlet operations.

Key responsibilities

Provide friendly, courteous, and professional customer service

Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively

Understand product knowledge and presentation standards

Prepare and serve food and beverages, including coffee and other drinks, in accordance with the company's quality standards

Operate the cashier and process customer transactions accurately

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cashier area, bar area, and operational equipment

Assist in monitoring inventory levels and operational supplies

Support outlet opening and closing procedures in accordance with company SOPs

Ensure proper handling, storage, and preparation of ingredients and products

Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth outlet operations

Requirment

Minimum education: Senior High School/Vocational High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent

Previous experience in customer service, cashiering, barista, waitstaff, retail, or F&B is an advantage

Good communication skills in both Indonesian and English

Strong customer service skills and a customer-focused attitude

Basic knowledge or interest in coffee and beverage preparation is an advantage

Well-groomed, neat, and professional appearance

Honest, disciplined, proactive, and responsible

Able to work independently as well as part of a team

Strong willingness to learn and maintain a positive attitude
