Key Responsibilities

Beverage Preparation

Prepare espresso-based beverages, manual brew coffee, and non-coffee beverages according to company standards.

Maintain product consistency through proper calibration and brewing techniques.

Ensure all beverages meet Eightyone Coffee quality standards.

Customer Experience

Deliver warm, genuine, and professional hospitality to every customer.

Recommend products and create memorable guest experiences through active engagement.

Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.

Store Operations

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, equipment, and dining area.

Perform opening, mid-shift, and closing duties according to SOP.

Monitor product quality, stock availability, and report operational issues.

Teamwork

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Support fellow baristas during peak hours.

Maintain a positive and professional working environment.

Qualifications

Barista

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista (Fresh graduates with strong passion for coffee are welcome to apply).

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Candidates with experience in brands such as Starbucks, % Arabica, Fore Coffee, Kenangan Coffee, Tomoro Coffee, Tuku, Flash Coffee, Excelso, or other specialty coffee shops will be an advantage.

Knowledge in:
