Job summary

SEVIGNE COOKIES AND COFFEE is seeking an enthusiastic Barista to join our Bali cafe team. You will prepare and serve beverages, follow SOPs, maintain a clean bar and café area, and assist customers with menu recommendations in a bilingual setting (Indonesian and English).

We value a neat, responsible candidate with basic English and barista skills, available to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. BPJS Ketenagakerjaan is provided and a comfortable work environment is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience as a barista is preferred.
• Basic English speaking ability to serve local guests and tourists.
• Understand basic barista skills - know how to make espresso, basic latte art, manual brew, and equipment hygiene standards.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Clean and neat - maintain personal hygiene, work area, and equipment cleanliness.
