Job summary

PT Eigerindo Multi Produk Industry is seeking a Retail Assistant to join our store team. You will be at the frontline of helping customers with outdoor gear, advising on products, and ensuring a satisfying buying experience.

You will explain product features and materials, answer questions, and guide customers through end-to-end selling from inquiry to checkout, aiming to meet store targets and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Candidates must possess at least Senior High School (SMA/SMK); D3 or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; sales/marketing experience (SPG/SPB) is a plus.
• Customer oriented approach to service.
• Willing to work shifts and on holidays.
• Able to work in a target-driven environment.
• Available to join immediately.
• Preferably domiciled near the nearest EIGER Stores across Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Be an Advisor to the customer. Build communication to identify needs and provide product recommendations.
• Source product information; explain features, materials, technology, and care.
• Involved in end-to-end selling activities from product arrival to customer delivery.
