Job summary

PT. Eigerindo Multi Produk Industry is seeking a Retail Assistant (Purwokerto) to front-line our store activities and help customers find outdoor gear that fits their needs. You will provide product recommendations and deliver experiential service to encourage purchases.

The role emphasizes customer interaction, product knowledge, and contributing to store sales targets, with shifts and holiday work expected.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have at least SMA/SMK; D3 or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; sales/marketing experience (SPG/SPB) a plus.
• Customer oriented and able to work in a target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Be an advisor to the customer; build communication from identifying needs to recommending products.
• Explain detailed product information: features, materials, technology, and care instructions.
• Participate in end-to-end selling activities from product arrival to customer delivery.
