SEFAS is hiring a Telemarketing professional in Jakarta to drive outbound outreach, introduce products, and support the sales team. You will manage client interactions, set appointments, and help meet daily targets in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has strong verbal communication, persuasive negotiation skills, and comfort with Google Workspace. Previous telemarketing experience is preferred but not required; we value motivation and a customer-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a confident phone presence.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work with targets and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.

Responsabilités

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce products and services.
• Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
• Set up appointments and follow-up calls for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries or concerns.
