Shopee Indonesia is seeking an experienced outbound operations lead to drive continuous improvement, mentor the team, and optimize WMS usage across the outbound function. You will coordinate with multiple units to ensure timely, accurate order processing and reporting.

The role emphasizes problem-solving, planning, and staff management to maintain efficient operations and high service levels for the company.

Responsibilities

• Ensure continuous improvement for outbound processes through problem identification and analysis.
• Monitor and improve productivity for all functions of the outbound team.
• Manage, study and understand the WMS system for outbound functions and mentor team members.
• Create work plans and schedules to accomplish objectives.
• Prepare monthly and daily reports and outbound issues.
• Plan and communicate between the department and related units.
• Set working processes to reduce damage, defects and wrong packing.
• Manage day-to-day order receiving in WMS with on-time operation and accuracy.
• Coordinate cross-communication between shifts, departments, customers and vendors when necessary.
• Plan and monitor operations to ensure all work requirements are met for the company.
• Plan work schedules and assign duties to maintain adequate staff for effective performance.
• Resolve personnel problems, complaints, or grievances when possible for resolution.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Manager.
