Job summary

Adaro Mining is hiring for an Organization Development professional in Jakarta. You will design the organizational structure, plan manpower, and lead job analysis and competency profiling to align with business development.

You will develop and implement performance appraisal systems, monitor goal achievement, and drive succession planning while coordinating across teams. A strong Excel proficiency and collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in any major, preferably industrial engineering/management/psychology.
• Minimum 3 years work experience in Organization Development.
• Strong ability in organizational structure, manpower planning, workload analysis, performance appraisal, KPIs, job management and career management.
• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with others.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• Carry out job analysis and compose job description along with job competence profile in accordance with organizational design.
• Analyze and develop a performance appraisal system to ensure employees are evaluated objectively based on competencies and key performance outcomes.
• Monitor and documentation the achievement of job goals of all employees.
• Analyze and develop succession planning.
