Job summary

PT Multipolar Technology Tbk is offering an Organizational Development Intern position in Karawaci, Tangerang. The role focuses on supporting design initiatives, job evaluation, analysis, and description development with hands-on experience in structuring organizations and ensuring role clarity.

The candidate will conduct interviews, reviews and data collection, while collaborating with HR and business stakeholders to drive organizational development projects.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an S2 in Psychology or Management.
• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Psychology is mandatory.
• Strong interest in Organizational Development and HR strategy.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative data.
• Excellent interviewing, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in job analysis through interviews, questionnaires, and document reviews.

• Assist in job evaluation activities and maintain related documentation.
• Collect, organize, and analyze job-related data for organizational structure reviews.

As an Organizational Development Intern, you will support organization design initiatives by assisting in job evaluation, job analysis, and job description development. This role provides hands-on experience in building organizational structures and ensuring role clarity across the organization.

• Assist in conducting job analysis through interviews, questionnaires, and document reviews.

• Assist in job evaluation activities and maintain job evaluation documentation.
• Collect, organize, and analyze job-related data to support organizational structure reviews.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master's Degree (S2) in Psychology or Management.
• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Psychology is mandatory.
• Strong interest in Organizational Development, Talent Management, Learning & Development, or HR Strategy.
• Strong interest in Organizational Development, Organization Design, Job Evaluation, or Compensation & Benefits.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative data.
• Excellent interviewing, documentation, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information professionally.
