Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in any HR function.
• Experience on OD, Transformation, Change Management or HR analytics.
• Strong problem solving with business judgment and people intuition.

Responsibilities

• Support organisation development and workforce management initiatives to sustain healthy growth.
• Use people data and organisational metrics to identify trends and provide actionable insights (e.g., attrition, progression).
• Conduct deep dives to identify root causes and define remediations (top heaviness, stagnancy, rightsizing).
• Collaborate with other departments and local markets to solve organisation-related issues.
• Implement centrally defined projects across the region and monitor outcomes for continuous improvement.
