Job summary

Shopee is looking for a data/strategy professional in Indonesia to support driver supply planning and growth initiatives. You will craft strategies to improve efficiency and P&L, analyze segmentation, and collaborate with product teams to run experiments. Strong data skills and startup drive are essential.

You will forecast weekly to quarterly plans, prepare executive-ready presentations, and work with diverse teams to push data-driven improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant work experience in technology, financial services or top-tier management consulting.
• Proficient in processing and analyzing complex data sets using Excel.
• Analytical mindset with strong business acumen; experience with AppAnnie, SQL, Tableau and Google Suites.
• Advanced statistical modeling (e.g. Machine Learning) is a plus.
• Start-up attitude; willing to work hard to get things done.
• Team player who is willing to roll up sleeves for day-to-day work.

Responsibilities

• Support management on business strategy and planning for driver supply.
• Define and execute strategy to improve growth, efficiency, and P&L for the function.
• Analyze short- to medium-term issues impacting supply growth in food delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with other departments to implement initiatives.
• Forecast costs and other key initiatives for weekly, monthly, and quarterly planning.
• Drive innovation through segmentation methods and A/B testing with product teams.
• Anticipate roadblocks and quickly solve problems to keep operations smooth.
• Build presentations to influence senior stakeholders and enable data-driven decisions.
