Job summary

PT. Indosat Tbk is seeking an AVP – Home Installation & Infrastructure to lead end-to-end fiber optic and FTTH installations, activation, and maintenance. The role focuses on ensuring service quality and SLA achievement while coordinating with contractors and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will oversee home installations, perform troubleshooting, and manage infrastructure development and maintenance across FTTH networks, ensuring safe, efficient field operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering/IT field.
• Minimum 3 years in FTTH installation or telecom network ops.
• Strong knowledge of fiber optic networks and FTTH infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Perform home installations including fiber, cabling, and WiFi setup.
• Configure and activate modems, ONTs, routers, and IPTV services.
• Troubleshoot basic service issues and ensure SLA adherence.
• Conduct site surveys and route assessments for expansion.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure project execution.
