Job summary

goldenagri seeks an Operational & Support Analyst & Improvement to bridge communication between business/management teams and IT/Developer groups. You will engage across QA life cycle, system testing, documentation, and data analysis to ensure applications meet commercial requirements and high-quality standards.

Responsibilities include gathering issues, tracking bug resolutions, performing functional/UI/UX testing on Web and Mobile apps, and preparing clear SOPs and user manuals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, math, engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in application testing (automation a plus).
• Solid understanding of SDLC and basic application security concepts.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint; Python/MySQL a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a communication bridge between business and IT/Developers to collect issues, track bugs, and manage feedback.
• Conduct functional, UI/UX, and workflow testing on Web and Mobile apps.
• Identify basic security vulnerabilities and logic flaws before launch.
• Prepare SOPs, technical guides, user manuals, and test cases with clear structure.
• Perform operational data analysis and prepare performance reports for Ops & Support.
• Leverage AI tools for prompt engineering, document drafting, and automated test-case generation.
