Job summary

INDICO in Jakarta is hiring an IT Operations professional to manage customer care activities, monitor service performance, and coordinate incident resolution across networks, databases, and servers.

The role requires a Bachelor's in IT/CS/IS or related field and 2–4 years of experience in IT/Technical/Transaction Operations or cybersecurity, with strong analytical and detail-oriented skills. Telecommunications/fintech experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/IS/Cybersecurity/Business Operations or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in IT Operations, Technical Operations, Transaction Operations, Reconciliation, Customer Operations, or Cybersecurity.
• Understanding transaction processing and reconciliation processes.
• Familiarity with network, database, and server infrastructure.
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity, fraud prevention, and incident management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good attention to detail, particularly when handling transaction data and discrepancies.
• Able to investigate incidents and coordinate resolution with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in telecommunications, fintech, payment systems, or digital services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer care activities, including recording, monitoring, and analyzing customer complaints.
• Monitor and handle problems/incidents related to switching services, reconciliation applications, and IT infrastructure, including networks, databases, and servers.
• Manage transaction-related activities and resolve disputes arising from transaction reconciliation processes.
• Monitor and manage cybersecurity activities, including prevention, surveillance, and response to potential security incidents.
• Implement fraud prevention and mitigation activities for transactions.
• Coordinate with relevant technical and operational teams to resolve incidents and maintain service reliability.
• Analyze operational and transaction data to identify recurring issues and potential risks.
