Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain the reliability and availability of IT Operation and Infrastructure (system, network, and IP telephony).
• Handle and repair problems related with IT Operation coverage (hardware, OS, software).
• Maintain computer hardware, OS, and software applications.
• Provide troubleshooting solutions for users in related area.
• Maintain domain controller, file server, and mail server.
• Document IT inventory and Lab equipment.
• Suggest improvements in IT operation, database, network, and IT infrastructure.
