Job summary

British American Tobacco Indonesia is seeking an Operations Performance Manager in Malang to drive manufacturing KPIs, optimize the supplier base and ensure capacity to meet future demand. You will lead supplier performance, implement continuous improvement, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver cost-saving improvements.

The role requires a strong engineering background, 10 years in production, and expertise in lean manufacturing, RCA and project management.

Qualifications

• Background in consumer electronics manufacturing and injection molding or tooling.
• 10 years’ experience in production or factory environments.
• Experience leading Tier 1 suppliers and exposure to Tier 2/3.
• Strong problem solving with RCA, FMEA, CI methodologies.
• Solid project management and risk handling.

Responsibilities

• Daily liaison and supply base management for quality, cost and delivery.
• Resolves supplier issues and concerns that threaten supply and demand.
• Drives manufacturing performance KPI to meet targets.
• Delivers and leads an effective and flexible supply base.
• Ensures manufacturing capacity is optimised to deliver future demand.
• Collaborates with suppliers to deliver Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Communicates risks, issues and opportunities clearly and timely.
