British American Tobacco Indonesia has an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Optimization Manager in Malang.
Collaborate with procurement, R&D, and suppliers to set up Indo COO supply chains.
Implement global supply chain assessment tool in PLM NPD cycles.
Collaborate closely with internal customers (UK/US) in S&OP process.
A degree (or Master's) in Supply Chain, Engineering, Sciences, or Data/Analytics; APICS or similar certifications are a plus.
5-10 years in end-to-end supply chain planning and NPD integration, with strong exposure to PLM stage-gates, ERP systems, and proven capability in supply chain design. Ops finance and/or direct procurement experience is a plus.
Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes (Source, Make, Deliver), with a track record of improving flow, efficiency, and performance.
Strong analytical capability, including Excel (macros) and Power BI, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
Proven problem-solving and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and suppliers to deliver OTIF targets; fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
