Job summary

British American Tobacco Indonesia is seeking a Blender I in Malang to plan, coordinate, and deliver blending operations. You will manage blend specifications and materials within governance frameworks and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and compliance.

The role involves data analysis of blend performance, costs, and market trends, and requires strong analytical skills with experience in Excel, Power BI, and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute blending operations activities to ensure timely delivery of tasks.
• Create, maintain, and manage blend specifications, recipes, and material codes within approved systems and governance frameworks.
• Support development, implementation, and maintenance of new and existing combustible blends.
• Coordinate pilot plant, laboratory, sample room, and micro-blending activities with work orders and sample handling.
