Job summary

EF EFEKTA English for Adults in Jakarta is seeking a Business Process & Performance Manager to drive growth through operational excellence, data-driven insights, and continuous improvement. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will lead analyses, manage cross-functional projects, and optimize sales operations.

You will develop dashboards, monitor KPIs, advise senior executives, and collaborate across departments to implement scalable solutions, including CRM systems, and ensure alignment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Management, CS, IS) or related discipline.
• 3–6+ years experience in project management, data analytics, strategy consulting or field operations.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive process improvement with measurable results.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with CRM and data analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis initiatives to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.
• Manage cross-functional projects and act as project lead when assigned.
• Lead and optimize the telemarketing team to achieve business targets.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and performance analytics for daily management.
• Provide data-backed recommendations to senior management for growth and efficiency.
• Oversee CRM and business systems, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
• Collaborate with departments to streamline workflows and implement new strategies.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement across operations.
• Strategize planning and execution to identify and fix inefficiencies.
• Establish and monitor KPIs and use data-driven insights to optimize processes.
• Act as a key advisor to senior executives with actionable insights.
• Mentor and influence cross-functional teams for successful project execution.
• Communicate updates and proposals effectively to stakeholders.
• Serve as main point of contact for the technology team in China.
